Crystal Reports: Common Files Directories

The location of the Crystal Reports ‘Shared’ directory has changed over time. When deploying applications that use Crystal Reports, ensure that exporting, user-function library (UFL), and database DLLs are located in the appropriate directory for the version of Crystal Reports that is being used.
